Message Mike Smith of JWT. I cannot say enough about him. He returned every single one of my emails with a phone call, he answered every single question i had to ask no matter how dumb, and he made sure that the turbos were setup correctly for the project, and even switched the compressor housings (mine had the stock .48AR bored out to fit the wheel), mounted and balanced the actuators, and beyond that got them done very quickly and even cheaper than expected! This guy is awesome!

Also thanks to:
Coz for all the parts i needed and great pricing!
Rich (boileralum) for the removal/installation help

On to the pics!

What is that guy doing to my engine?!

Dunno why, but i love the backside as much as the front.

Doh! Had a broken motor mount.

Whats this? A box?

oooo goodies from Mike Smith!

Got some goodies from Coz too! Not pictured: RPS Max street clutch

These are S14 Silvia turbos fitted with Sport 600 compressor housings, thanks to Mike. vs. stock on the right

Butchered heat shield and grinded down motor mount

I had to notch out a piece off the turbine flange to accomodate the GTBB oil feed kit, i wasn't expecting that, but not very hard to do.

Passenger side fitted up:

Goin back in.

Cleaned up with some painting and scrubbing.

Dyno time!

Thats 426 rwhp and 412 lb ft @ 18.5 psi on 93 octane. The tune stays under 12.1:1 the entire time and EGTs stayed under control.

These turbos are GT25 ball bearing catridge, with a 60 trim .60AR compressor and 62 trim .64 AR turbine.

I gapped plugs to .035 and did a compression check before hand, which was:
1: 154 2: 145
3: 152 4: 145
5: 146 6: 144

With some tweaking and rechecking i'm sure i can get to mid 400s at the wheels on pump. Also consider it was 90 degrees ambient.

Thanks to everyone that helped, i look forward to further tuning to get the numbers up!
